Old Stoics, Darren Haskell-Thomas (Grenville 04), Will Kenyon (Chandos 04) and Robert Parry (Grenville 05), have recently merged their companies to form the integrated events agency, Marble LDN.
Having built great friendships at Stowe, Darren and Robbie both in Grenville House and Will in Chandos House, they started their own specialist event companies, Bassline Productions and Broadbean Events, after university and worked together on many projects over those years.
Recognising a gap in the market and a need to bring a fresh approach to event design, Darren, Will and Robbie decided to utilise their heritage in planning and production and join forces to form Marble LDN. Not only do they now service the private and commercial sectors, but the events industry as a whole. Marble LDN offers six core services, including creative production; project management; sound, lighting and technical; planning and design; hire and music booking and curation.
Underpinning all of Marble LDN’s work is a focus on design, collaboration and sustainability which allows them to bring advanced techniques from other industries to drive their work to new heights. By tapping into the collective brain at Marble LDN it simplifies the process. Marble LDN provides their customers with a comprehensive spectrum of the finest collective skills, products and services and in turn, their customers benefit from more creative scope, attention and skill. Collective members include: Patty & Bun, Pear Drop, Rupert Newman, Sella Concept and The Goldfinger Factory.
Recent projects of Marble LDN’s include Noisily Festival of Music and Arts, where they design and manage the event and coordinate the build on an annual basis, to projects like Fare Healthy where they curated, designed and project managed seven stages and ten separate areas in East London’s Truman Brewery. Other projects also include Deliciously Ella’s Garden where Marble designed and built a six-week installation outside Liverpool Street Station, along with their private sector events such as birthdays and weddings in the UK and around the world.
