Stowe Templars

Last year provided another very enjoyable season of old boys’ cricket for the Stowe Templars. 2019 was almost a repeat of 2018, with wins and losses matching each other, most of the games being excitingly close, and the only disappointment being our trip to Ampleforth in the Cricketer Cup.

The focal point of the season was, as usual, the Cricket Week, where huge fun was had by all and with hundreds being recorded from new and welcome sources, so big thanks to those who put so much effort into organising what is one of the very few remaining residential old boys’ cricket weeks in the country.

We are, as always, putting a major push behind recruiting ever younger match managers and players for next year, so do please support the Club by coming and playing in 2020 where we will once again have a fixture list designed to cater for all.
